Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it's necessary to cancel or reschedule your tour. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business partners.
For cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour time, we offer a full refund of your payment, minus any non-refundable fees charged by the bank for the payment transaction, which is approximately a 5,6%
For cancellations made within less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour time, a cancellation fee may apply.
In the event of canceling 24 hours before the scheduled tour time, a no-show, or failure to cancel within the specified time frame, no refund will be provided.
